Owner abandoned and she was let loose to find her own way. Roxanne is very spunky and will do well with an active family. She loves her toys and to play, she has a dominate personality around other dogs and very affectionate. She’s smaller in stature and could do well in an apartment setting with plenty of walks and runs or home with a smaller fenced area.
