Boomer has struggled with the loss of his owner. They were bonded with a unique relationship. He’s in a foster home learning to live in a family setting with a few boundaries, lol. His foster mom says he’s a classic dachshund and has also started being very affectionate as all dachshund lovers know they can be. He’s a work in progress with a lot more love to give for a new furever owner!
